CryptoLogic inc. was founded in 1995 by the Rivkin brothers (Andrew and Mark) in the basement of their parents' house. Nowadays, it is one of the five main providers in the online gaming industry, along with Boss Media, Microgaming, Playtech and Real Time Gaming.
